When an item is listed in "Open-Box" condition, it means we cannot sell it as new simply because the box has already been opened. This means you can save up to 20-40% off MSRP. Some items will be like-new, while others may have minor defects. If an item has any defects, they will be disclosed in the item description and photos will be provided.
All products are tested to the best of our ability. We do our best to ensure all products are functional, but of course if you end up with an item that doesn't work, we're happy to take it back for a full refund.
